CASEKOO has released the LinKOO in the new Silver Ease finish with ClipSafe. It’s an US$44.99 iPhone case with a push-to-open mechanism, a foldable, “invisible” lanyard buckle, and a short wrist strap. Those are its outstanding feature. However, since I don’t use a lanyard, I’m not the preferred audience for the LinKOO.
That said, I tested the Burgundy-Frost version for the iPhone 18 Pro Max. (It also comes in Glacier-Frost, Cozy White-Frost, and Serene Back Frost). Thanks to its PC and TPU construction with an aluminum-alloy camera frame, it seems relatively durable. And strong N52 Halbach magnets provide reliable MagSafe compatibility. The aforementioned foldable ClipSafe tab for attaching straps and accessories is made of stainless steel, so is rugged.
You can charge the LinKOO without removing the case, which is nice. It supports both MagSafe wireless charging and wired charging without needing to be removed.
The LinKOO is designed mostly for active outdoor use like walking, running, traveling, and gym visits. If the ClipSafe tab and lanyard buckle intrigue you, this may be the case for you. However, I’ll stick with my long-time, tried-and-trusted holster The Answer 400, from simple.be.
