AirPods Pro 3 may not have a live translation feature when they first arrive

Apple has released new firmware for the AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Pro 3.

There’s a good chance we’ll see the AirPods Pro 3 at the Apple special event dubbed “Awe Dropping” on Tuesday, September 9 when new iPhones and new Apple Watches will be released. However, all the anticipated features may not arrive.

An anonymous source told 9to5Mac that the AirPods Pro 3 will indeed feature two health sensors, as anticipated. However, while heart rate sensing and temperature sensing are likely a rumored live translation feature may not arrive immediately. It could be added at a later date via a software update.

As far as other rumors about the AirPods Pro 3, they will feature a slightly smaller charging case and a capacitive pairing button, according to the leaker Majin Bu.

He has this to say in his post: One of the key updates [for the AirPods Pro 3] concerns the charging case, which, according to a well-known accessory manufacturer, was initially reported to have a slight reduction in size compared to the current model. However, after consulting with case producers, I obtained photos and dimensions of the cases, which surprisingly appear almost identical to those of previous models. Despite the initial claim, it seems there will be no significant changes in the dimensions of the AirPods Pro 3 charging case, maintaining a familiar form factor that ensures compatibility with existing accessories and user expectations for portability.
