Rumor: Apple may buy the content library of an Indian media company

Apple may consider server worker tech for progressive web apps

<p>Apple is beginning to work with Google-backed technologies known collectively as service workers reports <a target="_blank" href="http://fortune.com/2017/08/04/apple-progressive-web-apps/" rel="noopener noreferrer">Fortune</a>. A service worker is a script that your browser runs in the background, separate from a web page, opening the door to features that don't need a web page or user interaction.
