Apple Watch’s watchOS packs a set of standard answers that you can use to respond to text messages. If you don’t like ‘em, you can make your own. Here’s how:
° Open the Watch app on your iPhone and select Messages.
° Tap Default Replies.
° Scroll to the bottom and tap Add reply.
° Type your message, then tap Done when you finish.
