° Indie developer Kapybara LLC has released Strata 1.0.18, a native disk space map and cleaner for macOS 13 Ventura and later (Apple silicon and Intel). The Overview now shows the entire disk in one bar: what’s available, what macOS needs, and what takes the most room, with Downloads and Pictures shown separately.
Apps removed with Strata’s uninstaller now leave the Dock too, and Undo puts the icon back. Recent versions added an AI Data Sweeper, which finds and sizes the models that Ollama, LM Studio, Hugging Face, ComfyUI, Whisper and other AI apps download. It also sums up Apple Intelligence, Siri and dictation models by feature and links to the settings that remove them.
Everything Strata removes goes to the Trash first, and the app collects no data. Strata is free to try with every feature for 14 days. The free version keeps the map, search and large-file list. Strata Pro is a one-time $9.99 (launch price $5 for the first 200 buyers) and covers every Mac you own.
