iOS 27 will allow you to undo and redo changes on your home screen

iOS 27 will add a new home screen toggle that’ll let you undo and redo changes on their home screen, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says in his latest “Power On” newsletter.

From his report: In the category of modest improvements, Apple is testing a tweak to the home screen in iOS 27 that could be helpful for those often making adjustments to their icon and widget layouts. Right now, when you long-press on the home screen, you get a bubble in the top left corner with four options: Add Widget, Customize, Edit Wallpaper and Edit Pages. Apple is looking at adding “undo” and “redo” buttons in that same menu to make reversing or redoing changes easier.

iOS 27 will doubtless be previewed at this summer’s Apple Worldwide Developer Conference along with macOS 27, iPadOS 27, watchOS 27, visionOS 27, and tvOS 27. iOS 27 is expected to focus  lots of new features to improve on bug fixes, performance tweaks, and stability — as well as introducing the long-awaited overhaul of Siri.
