macOS Tahoe allows you to hide menu bar icons using a quick keyboard shortcut or by managing them in System Settings.
The fastest way to remove most individual icons from the menu bar is the Command-drag method:
° Hold the Command (⌘) key on your keyboard.
° Click and hold the icon you wish to hide.
° Drag the icon out of the menu bar toward the center of your screen.
° Release the mouse when you see a “remove” indicator (either a “x” or a puff of dust icon).
Or you can use the dedicated Menu Bar section in System Settings:
° Go to the Apple menu and select System Settings.
° Click Menu Bar in the sidebar.
° Toggle switches off for features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Battery, Siri, and Spotlight to hide them.
