How to Turn On QuickPath

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  • Tap General.
  • Tap Keyboard.
  • Turn on the switch next to Slide to Type

How to Swipe and Type

  • Open any app that brings up the keyboard, like Messages or Notes.
  • Touch your finger down on the first letter of your word.
  • Slide your finger smoothly from letter to letter.
  • Lift your finger when you finish the word.
  • Continue tapping or sliding for the next words; spaces are added for you.
