The Gallery View in macOS Tahoe’s Notes displays your notes as visual thumbnails, which makes it easier to find a specific note.
To enable Gallery View, open the Notes app, click View in the menu bar, and select as Gallery. Notes will now display as thumbnails rather than a list, making it easier to see images, sketches, and document previews. To return to the list view, select View > as List.
To share a note, open it, click the Share button (square with an arrow) in the top right, and select how to share (e.g., Mail, Messages, AirDrop).
In the sharing menu, you can choose Collaborate to allow others to edit the note. You can set permissions to “Only invited people” or “Anyone with the link”.
Select Send Copy to share a static, non-editable version of the note.
Share Folder: Control-click a folder in the sidebar and choose Share Folder to share multiple notes at once.
