In iOS 26, Photographic Styles allow you to apply real-time, adjustable filters that affect the image’s tone and color before you take the photo, rather than after.
How to Use Photographic Styles
° Open the Camera app.
° Tap the circle-with six-dots icon or swipe up from the camera modes at the bottom of the screen.
° Tap Styles, then swipe left or right to preview the available styles.
° To customize the style, do any of the following (depending on your iPhone model):
- Drag your finger on the black-square-with-grids to simultaneously adjust the tone and color.
- Drag the slider to control how strongly the style affects your photos.
- Drag the Tone and Warmth sliders to control how strongly the style affects your photos.
- Tap the return button to return to default values.
- Tap “X” to close the Style menu.
To reset or change the style you selected, follow the instructions above, then select Standard, or choose a different style.
