° WaterField Designs has introduced the $229 Traverse Sling, a compact 2.5-liter crossbody built around a three-quarter diagonal zipper that opens the main compartment wide for a clear view inside, while a top hood helps shield contents from onlookers. The zipper also creates structure around the bag, helping it retain its shape while flexible sides allow it to flatten for packing.
° Astropad has debuted Rock Paper Pencil 4.0, an updated version of its screen protector and Apple Pencil tip combo made for the iPad. It pairs a removable, paper-feel screen protector with precision-engineered Apple Pencil tips. Now it comes with a choice of smooth ballpoint or soft graphite.
° ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG), a global leader in high-performance gaming hardware and peripherals, today announced the U.S. retail availability of the ROG Gjallar, the brand’s first gaming soundbar.
Built specifically with gamers in mind, the ROG Gjallar combines Dolby Atmos, an included wireless 65W subwoofer, and an innovative audio control box with AI-powered echo cancellation to deliver immersive sound and crystal-clear communication across gaming PCs, consoles, handhelds, and TVs.
° Accessibility Services (ASI) has launched the BT RemoteSwitch, a Bluetooth nurse call adapter that gives patients with limited mobility a direct way to call for help without relying on someone else to notice or interpret their needs.
It pairs with a patient’s iPhone, iPad, Android phone or Android tablet and connects to standard nurse call infrastructure through a quarter-inch jack or standard hospital wall adapters.
° Apple has released a new version of its Polishing Cloth on its online store. In the U.S., pricing is now set at $9, down from $19 for the previous version of the cloth.
° Apple has expanded its 40W Dynamic Power Adapter with 60W Max to Vietnam and countries in Europe that use the type C two-pin Europlug.
° GoPro, Inc. has announced that a third camera in the MISSION 1 Series, MISSION 1 PRO ILS, is available for pre-order at GoPro.com. The camera will be available at retailers in September. Arriving the same day is the new MISSION Monitor app, a free professional video monitoring solution for iPhone and iPad.
