Addigy, which specializes in Apple device management for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT teams, has announced a strategic partnership with Leader Cloud, a distributor that services more than 4,000 MSPs throughout Australia.
Through the partnership, MSPs get easy access to Addigy’s real-time Apple device management platform along with the expert local support needed to grow their business, according to Jason Dettbarn, Addigy founder and CTO.
The agreement also expands Addigy’s global presence. Apple’s momentum in business is outpacing the broader market—Mac grew 11% in 2025 against industry average growth of 3.3%, according to Omdia—and companies increasingly look to MSPs to manage and secure those devices, Dettbarn says. Addigy makes it simple for regional MSPs to add Apple device management to their service portfolios and build new recurring revenue, he adds.
Designed specifically for the Apple ecosystem and the MSP business model, Addigy MDM enables service providers to manage all their clients and devices from one multi-tenant platform. Key capabilities include:
- Real-time device visibility and alerts
- Automated deployment, policies and remediation
- Remote access and troubleshooting
- Continuous security and compliance monitoring
By automating routine tasks and providing centralized control, Addigy helps MSPs manage more Apple devices without adding overhead, Dettbarn says. MSPs improve service delivery, demonstrate value through client-level reporting, and protect their margins as their Apple practices grow.
