The next version of the iPad Pro not expected to arrive until spring 2027

The next version of the iPad Pro isn't expected to arrive until spring 2027.

Don’t look for an updated iPad Pro this year. Instead, the next version will arrive in spring 2027, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman (a subscription is required to read the article).

He says it’s yet to be determined if the pro tablet will have M6 or M7 processors. Gurman says that the 2027 iPad Pro will no major design changes.

However, he’s previously reported that the upgraded tablet could have a vapor chamber to improve cooling and performance. The liquid cooling system would help mitigate throttling, especially as the ‌iPad Pro‌ becomes more capable at handling intense workflows.
