Apple likely to release three products this week with press release announcements only

Apple may introduce a M4 iPad Pro this week.

In his latest Power On newsletter, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reiterated reports that we’ll see an M5 iPad Pro, M5 Apple Vision Pro, and (maybe) a M5 MacBook Pro.

He’ll says the announcements will be down via press releases instead of a special event. This is a given, as Apple hasn’t announced such an event, and wouldn’t do so at the last minute.

The M5 iPad Pro isn’t expected to have any major design changes. Although it could be equipped with both portrait and landscape cameras, letting you capture photos and go on video calls without having to worry about the iPad Pro’s orientation. (Face ID already works in any orientation on the tablet). The current M4 iPad Pro have a single front camera that is designed to be used in landscape orientation.

As for a new Vision Pro, it’s expected to be updated with a M4 or M5 processor. It also might come in a new space grey option with a newly designed strap for comfort.

Gurman says a new MacBook Pro is “likely.” As other rumors it may only debut with the base model M5 chip with models with M5 Pro and M5 Max not arriving until early 2026.
