Apple is nearing mass production of the M5 MacBook Air, M5 MacBook Pro, and an updated Studio Display, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says latest edition of the Power On newsletter.

He says the products will launch ““the end of the year and the first quarter of next year.” And more goodies are coming.

“Beyond the fairly imminent debut of new iPad Pro and Vision Pro models, Apple is nearing mass production of its next MacBook Pros (code-named J714 and J716), MacBook Airs (J813 and J815) and two new Mac monitors (J427 and J527), I’m told,” Gurman says. “These devices are still slated for release between the end of this year and the first quarter of next year, but it’s exciting to know these are nearing a key stage.”

He adds that Apple is also planning an iPhone 17e, a budget iPad, and a new iPad Air model. However, Gurman doesn’t expect these to arrive until the first half of 2026.
