Resolution Games has announced that its popular game, Demeo, is in “active development” for the upcoming Apple Vision Pro for fully virtual as well as mixed reality gameplay.
The company will also be extending the playership of Demeo’s flat version with an upcoming release for Mac. Tommy Palm, founder and CEO of Resolution Games, says the company has multiple mixed reality titles actively in development across a number of devices for 2024 and beyond, including several with dedicated controller-free play.
Demeo is a cross-platform cooperative adventure for up to four players. According to Resolution Games it “recreates all of the magic and camaraderie of gathering around a tabletop with friends to do battle against the forces of evil.”
Apple’s Vision Pro was previewed at June’s Worldwide Developer Conference. The US$3,499 (and up) “Spatial Computer” will be available in early 2024 — but, apparently, only in limited quantities at first.
