° From The Wall Street Journal: In an op-ed piece, President Biden wants more bipartisan efforts against tech giants such as Apple.

° From VNExpress: Chinese display maker BOE Technology Group Co Ltd, a supplier of both Apple Inc and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd, plans to invest a substantial sum to build two factories in Vietnam.

° From AppleInsider: A firm in Norway has mounted an Apple Watch Ultra onto a drone to use its three-microphone array, and precision GPS feature, to detect and locate gunshots.

° From Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman: The Apple Silicon Mac Pros in testing currently run macOS 13.3. The X.3 macOS release is typically out in spring.
