<p style="margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px">On Tuesday Apple updated its iMac and MacBook Pro model, just weeks before WWDC in San Francisco. The new <a href="http://www.apple.com/imac-with-retina/">iMac is a 27-inch model with Retina 5K display</a> for $1999, which makes the line more affordable. At the same time, Apple has dropped the price of the high-end model to $2,299.</p><p style="margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px">Meanwhile, the new 15-inch <a href="http://www.apple.com/macbook-pro/">MacBook Pro</a> gets a Force Touch trackpad, faster flash storage, longer battery life, and a faster discrete graphics option. <p>Now that the Apple Watch has been out for nearly a month, accessories are starting to arrive in droves. Among the most highly anticpated are the charging docks that make it possible to make your Watch charging setup look more classy than just having that cable and “puck” running to the back of your smartwatch. Antsy Labs of Denver, Colorado has a great-looking and functional dock named <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2015098713/duet-charging-simplified-iphone-and-apple-watch-do/">Duet</a> ($99, available now for a $79 pledge) that is getting Kickstarter funding right now, and with three weeks to go the campaign has already exceeed its goal. <p>When you take a glance at the bottom of this post to see how I did last week, you’ll see that the results are exactly the opposite of what I wanted. In other words, my weight was up a bit and my steps per day were down. Today I’m going to talk about motivation to exercise and eat correctly, something that I apparently lack.</p>
