Gartner: global device shipments to remain flat until 2018

<p>Worldwide combined shipments of personal computers (PCs), tablets, ultramobiles and mobile phones are projected to remain flat in 2017, according to <a target="_blank" href="http://www.gartner.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">Gartner, Inc</a>.
