NextWorth: Apple could sell six million Apple Watch 2s within weeks of the smartphone’s release

<p>Apple may sell as many as six million Apple Watch 2 unit’s within its first few weeks of release, if a new <a href="http://www.nextworth.com/">NextWorth</a> survey — as noted by <a target="_blank" href="http://www.computerworld.com/article/3103000/apple-ios/apple-may-sell-6-million-apple-watch-2-units-in-weeks.html/" rel="noopener noreferrer">Computerworld</a>. Of course, Apple hasn’t even announced an Apple Watch 2 yet, but I’m predicting (hoping?) that we’ll see it along with an “iPhone 7” announcement sometime between Sept. 9 and Sept. 12.</p>

Court issues new order in Apple-VirnetX lawsuit

<p>VirnetX, an Internet security software and technology company, says that on July 29, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division, has issued a new order in the company's pending litigation against Apple, vacating its previous order consolidating the two cases and ordering the parties to retry them as separate cases. </p>
