Samsung, Apple extend their lead as top global semiconductor customers

<p>Samsung Electronics and Apple remained the top two semiconductor chip buyers in 2017, representing 19.5% of the total worldwide market, according to <a target="_blank" href="http://www.gartner.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">Gartner, Inc</a>. Apple’s first store in South Korea opens Saturday

<p>Apple Garosugil, the company’s first store in South Korea, will open in Seoul on Saturday at 10 a.m. South of the Han River, in the heart of the Gangnam area, the store’s 25-foot glass facade invites visitors in from the tree-lined street, where interior trees mirror those outside, blurring the lines between the street and store. It also sports a dynamic 6K video wall.</p>
