As noted by <a href="https://appleinsider.com/articles/19/06/14/apples-ios-soft-keyboard-target-of-new-patent-lawsuit" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>AppleInsider</em></a>, Apple’s iOS soft keyboard is the target of a new lawsuit.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple opened Apple Xinyi A13 in Taiwan today, welcoming thousands of customers in the Xinyi district of Taipei. <p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple has been granted a patent (number 10,315,087) for an “integrated media jukebox and physiologic data handling application.” It could offer hints as to how your Mac will interact with your iPhone and other devices when iTunes is broken up into Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and Apple TV in the upcoming macOS Catalina. The invention especially focuses on exercise tracking features.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple CEO Tim Cook met with President Donald Trump on Thursday, according to <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-talks-trade-with-apple-ceo-cook-as-china-dispute-looms-2019-6?r=US&IR=T" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>Business Insider</em></a>. They purportedly discussed "trade, U.S. investment, immigration and privacy.”</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The size of the global market for true wireless hearables reached 17.5 million units in quarter one (Q1) of 2019, growing 40% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), according to the findings of <a href="https://report.counterpointresearch.com/posts/report_view/Emerging_Tech/1257" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Counterpoint Research’s Hearables Market Tracker</a>. While all regions continued to grow, North America and Europe were the fastest growing regions.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Mattel, Inc., has launched Hot Wheels id, which brings together physical and digital elements in a mixed play experience with identifiable vehicles, a smart Race Portal, Smart Track, and digital hub. It’s available exclusively at Apple.com, select Apple stores and on the App Store.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;"><a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2019/06/13/apple-makes-comcast-charter-subsidize-ipads-as-part-of-mobile-deal.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>CNBC </em></a> reports that Comcast and Charter agreed to sell thousands of Apple devices such as iPads and Apple TVs as part of a deal to offer the iPhone to customers for their mobile services.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple has filed for a patent (number 20190180015) involving “audio accessory assistance” that would make Macs, iPhones, and iPads more accessible for users with disabilities.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple <a href="https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2007?locale=en_US" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">has announced</a> the macOS Mojave 10.14.5 Boot Camp Update. It addresses an issue which prevents creation of a  new Boot Camp partition on iMac and Mac mini with Fusion Drive.</p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple released a new version of Logic Pro X, its professional music production software, with performance updates for all users and optimizations that take advantage of the power of <a href="https://www.apple.com/newsroom/2019/06/apple-unveils-powerful-all-new-mac-pro-and-groundbreaking-pro-display-xdr/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">the all-new Mac Pro</a>. </p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">As noted by <a href="http://www.macrumors.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>MacRumors</em></a>, Apple has registered seven unreleased Mac models in the Eurasian Economic Commission database today, including A2141, A2147, A2158, A2159, A2179, A2182, and A2251, according to listings uncovered by MacRumors. All seven models appear to be notebooks, as they are described as "portable" computers. </p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Apple has filed for a patent (number 20190182972) for a “system with multiple display” that would allow two iPads to be linked together. It involves a magnetic stand configured to rigidly hold a portion of the tablet device in place and to shield the magnetic field from adversely affecting nearby devices susceptible to strong magnetic fields. </p>
