Apple Daily Report: iPhone sales look to dip in India during the holiday season (and more news)

<p style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Apple’s iPhone sales are set to dip by around a quarter in India’s holiday season fourth quarter, putting them on course for the first full-year fall in four years, industry <a href="https://www.reuters.com/article/us-apple-india/india-iphone-sales-to-fall-for-first-time-in-four-years-researcher-idUSKCN1N80CX" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">research firm Counterpoint</a> says.</p>

Apple reiterates its support for the Paris Agreement on climate change

Patent trollin’: Dynamic Data Technologies sues Apple

<p style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Another day, another lawsuit. As reported by <a href="https://appleinsider.com/articles/18/11/05/apple-targeted-in-new-patent-infringement-lawsuit-over-video-processing-technology" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>AppleInsider</em></a>, a company called Dynamic Data Technologies is suing Apple, claiming the tech giant has infringed on 11 patents related to video streaming, processing, and optimization.</p>

Kantar: Apple makes strong gains in the U.S. smartphone market

HYLA Mobile: the iPhone 6 remains the top traded device for nine straight quarters

<p style="white-space: pre-wrap;"><a href="http://www.hylamobile.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">HYLA Mobile</span></a>, a provider of software technology and services for mobile device trade-ins and reuse solutions, says that ver $627 million was returned to U.S. consumers in the third quarter (Q3) of 2018 thanks to mobile device trade-ins. This is an increase of 51% from Q2 2018, which saw $414 million returned to U.S. consumers from trade-ins.</p>

Rumor: Apple plans to use Intel 5G modem chips in 2020 iPhones

FEP: Apple’s leadership claims it doesn’t understand diversity

Apple Daily Report: the new MacBook Air is a little faster than one 2017 MacBook (and more news)
