As noted by AppleInsider, Apple has issued a second release of watchOS 5.3.2. It’s for the Apple Watch Series 4 and enables owners of iPhones that can’t upgrade to iOS 13 or later to continue using the smartwatch with their older smartphone.
To download the update, go to the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab. Choose General > Software Update.
