Apple removes several parental apps from the App Store

Print Selection for macOS can save you ink, paper, time, money

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">My lovely wife loves to print recipes she finds on-line. She learned the hard way that you don't simply hit "print" when you see one you like. The first (and last) time she did this, about 40 pages printed (the entire cooking web site, not just the recipe she saw), as she went about her business unaware that the Epson printer was spitting out page after page after page. </p>

Three members of Apple’s industrial design team are departing

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Guess we’ll be seeing the results of the new blood on Apple’s Industrial design team. Three members — Rico Zorkendorfer, Daniele De Iuliis, and Julian Hönig — are departing or have departed, according to <a href="https://www.wsj.com/articles/turnover-hits-apples-famed-industrial-design-team-11556225563" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">The Wall Street Journal</a>. </p>

Apple sued over its ‘Personal Hotspot’ feature in iPhones, iPads

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Another day, another lawsuit. <a href="https://appleinsider.com/articles/19/04/25/iphone-personal-hotspot-tech-violates-networking-patent-lawsuit-claims" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>AppleInsider </em>reports</a> that Wyoming-based WiNet Labs, is suing Apple for allegedly infringing on a networking patent with its "Personal Hotspot" feature found in iPhone and iPad. </p>

<p class="" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">We knew the Apple Watch was tough, but this is still impressive. According to <a href="https://ktla.com/2019/04/24/lost-apple-watch-ocean-still-works-6-months-later/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">KTLA 5,</a> a body surfer in Huntingdon Beach, California, lost his Apple Watch when he was hit by a huge wave. A man found it three miles north of where it went lost at sea and returned it six months later. It still works, although the salt water left a little haze on the screen..</p>

Analyst: iPad Pros with 5G support coming in 2021

Apple’s Siri could soon talk in a whisper

Research group says Apple TV+ will have eight million subscribers by 2024
