Promise Technology releases Pegasus3 Symply Edition

Slowing Apple Watch sales? Apparently, it ain’t so

<p>Apple shipped 2.8 million Apple Watches in Q3, thanks to the release of the new Series 1 and Series 2 models late in the quarter, according to <a target="_blank" href="http://www.canalys.com" rel="noopener noreferrer">Canalys.</a> Despite reports to the contrary, the research group shows that shipments compared favorably to those in the third quarter (Q3) of 2015, the first full quarter after the original Apple Watch’s launch in April 2015. Total smart watch shipments exceeded 6.1 million for the quarter, an annual increase of 60%.</p>

Those in favor of Apple’s planned Irish data center plan a show of support this Sunday

<p>People in a small town in Ireland are planning a march this weekend to show that they support Apple's plans to build a data center in their area, reports <a target="_blank" href="http://www.businessinsider.com/apple-supporters-ireland-march-athenry-2016-11?r=UK&IR=T" rel="noopener noreferrer">Business Insider</a>. The Cupertino, California-based company wants to build an €850 million (£756 million) server farm in a forest just outside Athenry, County Galway.</p>

Apple’s iPhone has 90% of smartphone profits

<p>Apple’s iPhone market share by is declining when it comes to unit shipments, but it continues to dominate when it comes to making money. BMO Capital Markets <a target="_blank" href="http://www.investors.com/news/technology/click/apple-iphone-grabs-104-of-smartphone-industry-profit-in-q3/" rel="noopener noreferrer">analyst Tim Long estimates</a> that Apple accounted for 103.6% of smartphone industry operating profits in the third quarter. </p>

Kohl’s to start selling the Apple Watch
