<p style="white-space: pre-wrap;">According to the <a href="https://www.ft.com/content/a10b54e0-1352-11e9-a581-4ff78404524e" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><em>Financial Times</em> </a>(a subscription is required to read the article), Apple has hired Sandy Parakilas, a critic of privacy practices at Facebook, to serve as a product manager on its privacy team. His job will be to work with teams throughout Apple to ensure new products guard privacy and minimize data collection.</p>

Such features debuted with iOS 12, so expect the tech giant to take ‘em to the next level.</p>

<p style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Just Mobile has released the <a href="https://just-mobile.com/collections/hero-images/products/alubase™-wireless?variant=14240524435498" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">AluBase Wireless</a>, a wireless mini-charger that’s compatible with all Qi wireless charging devices – including 7.5W iPhones.</p>

<p style="white-space: pre-wrap;">At this week’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Intel previewed its “Lakefield” processors, which could make their way into a new, even slimmer iMac this spring, as well as upcoming Mac laptops. </p>

<p style="white-space: pre-wrap;">New data from market research firm <a href="https://www.counterpointresearch.com/overall-iphone-sales-20-yoy-november-iphone-xr-became-best-selling-model/">Counterpoint</a> indicates that iPhone sales were down 20% year-over-year in November, and that the iPhone Xr was the best-selling model during the month.</p>
