Apple Maps gets more Hong Kong support; Apple Pay October launches in region

<p class="">As noted by <a href="http://www.macrumors.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">MacRumors</a>, Apple has updated its Maps app to include real time transit directions and data for Hong Kong residents. Users can search for metro train stations, bus routes and ferry piers, and get real time transit information for services. The only limitation appears to be a lack of indoor station mapping.</p>

Well known literary agent finalizing a multi-year deal with Apple TV+

Apple may invest $330 million in LED, microLED manufacturing plant

<p class="">Apple is considering an US$330 million investment in a Taiwanese factory to manufacture both LED and microLED displays for future iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other devices, according to <a href="https://www.cens.com/cens/html/en/news/news_inner_54352.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Taiwan Sourcing Service Provider</a> (<em>CENS</em>). The article adds that the tech giant is teaming up on the new factory with LED producer Epistar and LCD panel maker AU Optronics.</p>

Cooperation between India’s government, Apple looks a bit more likely
