As noted by <a href="https://appleinsider.com/articles/20/10/07/new-class-action-suit-resurrects-iphone-throttling-controversy" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">AppleInsider,</a> a new class action lawsuit filed in California targets an iOS battery management tool that allegedly hindered the performance of certain iPhone 6, iPhone 7, and iPhone SE series devices.</p>
