If you’re still running macOS Big Sur, note that Apple has released macOS Big Sur 11.7.4.
The update fixes an issue that prevents icons from showing up in gghe Safari Favorites section. It also has other bug fixes. You can download macOS Big Sur 11.7.4 by going to System Preferences > Software Update.
