Apple is (once again) the ‘World’s Most Admired Company’

For the 12th year running, Apple has topped the World’s Most Admired Companies list by Fortune

The list was chosen by 3,750 executives, analysts, directors, and experts polled by the magazine. Companies were ranked in their own industry on nine criteria, from investment value and quality of management and products to social responsibility and ability to attract talent. A company’s score had to rank in the top half of its industry survey to be listed.

Apple topped the list in every category, such as innovation, quality of management, social responsibility, use of corporate assets, financial soundness, quality of products and services, and global competitiveness. Also in the top 10 are Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, Walt Disney, Starbucks, Microsoft, Alphabet, Netflix, and JP Morgan Chase.
