Apple and Kendall Jenner sued over Pizza Boys radio show

Another day, another lawsuit. The owner of Los Angeles brand and worldwide art collective Pizzaboyzzz, Robert Karageuzian, has sued Kendall Jenner, the 22-year-old model, her DJ friend Daniel Chetrit and Apple over their new Beats 1 radio show for trademark infringement, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

Pizza Boys was launched on Apple Music on April 13. It’s described as a “living room pizza party” hosted by Jenner, Chetrit and their friends.

Karaguezian claims to own a trademark on “Pizzaboyzzz” and says that Jenner’s show is causing customer confusion and harming their business, the article adds. He seeks an injunction that would prohibit Jenner and Apple from continuing to use the Pizza name, and also for any money they’ve already collected.
