You can turn off Apple Intelligence on your Apple devices, if you wish. Let’s look at how to do this with iOS and iPadOS:
To turn off Apple Intelligence on an iPhone or iPad, you can do the following:
° Open Settings.
° Tap Apple Intelligence & Siri.
° Toggle off the button next to Apple Intelligence.
° In the pop-up window, tap Turn Off to confirm.

Disabling Apple Intelligence will turn off AI-powered features like summarization, proofreading, and intelligent suggestions. However, some core functionality, like Face ID, will still use on-device machine learning for security purposes.
You can also turn off AI-powered summaries for all or selected apps by going to Settings > Notifications > Summarize Notifications.
