Apple Sports adds support for five more soccer leagues

Apple Sports adds support for five more soccer leagues.

Apple Sports — the free app for iPhone that gives fans access to real-time scores, stats, and more — has been updated with improvements to Live Activities and support for five additional soccer leagues.

They are:  Brazilian Serie B, English League One, English League Two, Norwegian Eliteserien, and UEFA Nations League. Additionally, the app’s Live Activities can now display key game statistics during breaks in the action across leagues, which Apple says will help users “stay even closer to the game at a glance.”

They include the Australian A-League Men, Egyptian Premier League, Israeli Premier League, and South African Premiership.

What’s more, tennis fans can now follow tournament draws in real-time in the app, with brackets for Grand Slams and 1000-level tournaments. This includes matchups and results at a glance for each round.

Apple Sports requires an iPhone running iOS 17.2 or later. Features require Internet access over a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
