Apple is rolling out a different carrier bundle update involving the AT&T/iPhone 18 Pro Max issue

Apple is rolling out a different carrier bundle update involving the AT&T/iPhone 18 Pro Max issue.

After releasing a carrier settings update last week to address cellular issues affecting some iPhone 18 Pro Max users on AT&T, Apple is rolling out a different carrier bundle update for devices running the iOS 27.2 beta, reports 9to5Mac.

The tech giant has said iOS 27.0.1, alongside a new carrier settings update, was meant to prevent the issue from affecting additional devices. However, iPhones that had already lost service would still require a hardware replacement.

The new release reportedly bumps those devices to carrier bundle version 72.0.3, likely extending Apple’s AT&T carrier changes to iPhone 18 Pro Max users who are testing the iOS 27.2 beta, according to 9to5Mac.
