OnePay, a consumer fintech, has announced that it has expanded its support for Apple Pay, enabling even more of its cardholders in its U.S. card lineup with the ability to make purchases with an iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro.
OnePay customers can now add their OnePay CashRewards Card to Apple Wallet and use Apple Pay wherever it’s accepted, including at select Walmart U.S. locations. Later this fall, users with a OnePay Builder Card will also be able to add their cards to Apple Wallet, bringing Apple Pay to OnePay’s full card lineup in the U.S.
To pay in-store with Apple Pay, customers simply double-click the side button, authenticate, and hold their iPhone or Apple Watch near a payment terminal to make a contactless payment. Every Apple Pay purchase is secure because it is authenticated with Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID or a device passcode, along with a one-time unique dynamic security code. Customers can also use Apple Pay on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro to make purchases in apps or on the web without having to create accounts or repeatedly type in contact information, card details, or shipping and billing information.
