Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says that an iPad 12 won’t arrive until the first quarter of next year at the earliest. In the report — which requires a subscription to read — he says that a new iPad mini model with an OLED display will arrive by October.
Gurman says the iPad 12 will pack a faster processor, but will have no design changes. And it will stick with an LCD display.
However, the iPad min upgrade will purportedly have an OLED display and an A17 Pro processor. Gurman has previously reported that it would get a vibration-based speaker system and increased water resistance.
