The upcoming standard iPhone 18 and the lower-cost iPhone 18e will share components, according to the leaker known as “Fixed Focus Digital.”
In new Weibo posts, he/shel said that certain parts are interchangeable between the two models. The standard iPhone 18 may not arrive until early 2027 alongside an iPhone 18e. This September/October may be reserved for the debut of the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and iPhone Ultra.
However, next year’s regular iPhone 18 mayfeature the smaller Dynamic Island rumored to be coming to the iPhone 18 Pro models this September. Both it and the iPhone 18e are expected to pack the new A20 chip, but have no major design changes.
