I think it’s a bad idea, but Apple TV+’s hit series, “Ted Lasso,” may be returning for a fourth season, according to Sigmund Judge, a writer at MacStories and co-host of the Magic Rays of Light podcast — as noted by MacRumors.
Judge said he has confirmed that pre-production of the smash-hit Apple TV+ comedy series will begin in January in London, England. Apple has yet to confirm the fourth season, and there is no set release date yet. I think it’s a bad idea as season three wrapped things up nicely.
Sometimes a series ends as it should. That’s what happened with “Ted Lasso” and its title character. C’mon, Apple, let it be. If you have to cash on on the show’s popularity, do a spinoff. But leave the character of Ted Lasso back at home with his kid.
