Digital reading/lending app Libby revved to version 17

The digital reading and lending app, Libby, has been upgraded to version 17.

The digital reading and lending app, Libby, has been upgraded to version 17. Here are the major changes:

·       The library logo now appears on every screen of your library, so you can see your cards or switch to another library.

·       Your tags can now be reached via the icon directly in the navigation bar and your Timeline has moved onto the Shelf.

o   In the Timeline, readers can explore a year-by-year visualization of all circulation activity.

·       In-app notices now appear on your Shelf, rather than in the menu. Readers have more options for filtering and managing notices, most of which vanish 3 days after you view them, unless intentionally pinned.

·       On List and Search Results screens, there is now a short 3-line excerpt of each title’s description.

·       It’s now easier to set your preferred branch at each library, and to personalize each library with colors that help you distinguish between them.

Libby is completely free. It’s free to install, and there are no subscription costs, no in-app purchases, and no late fees. All you need is a valid library card from your library.
