Next month additional authentication will be required to sign in to iTunes Connect

Starting in February, additional authentication will be required for all users to sign in to iTunes Connect.

iTunes Connect is an Apple service that producers can use to distribute music, podcasts, movies, and TV programs to customers on the iTunes Store and ebooks to customers on the Apple Books Store.Apple says this extra layer of security for your Apple ID helps ensure that you’re the only person who can access your account. If you haven’t already updated your account, you can enable two-step verification or two-factor authentication now for the Apple ID associated with your iTunes Connect account.

Visit the Security section of your Apple ID account or the Apple ID section of Settings on your device. For details on enabling this additional authentication, visit the two-factor authentication support page.
