Now’s your chance to have lunch with Tim Cook and get to visit Apple’s new headquarters at Apple Park. As in past years, Charitybuzz is auctioning off a lunch with the Apple CEO benefiting Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights. For the first time, the venue will be a bit different — Apple Park.
Usually the auctions tend to attract the more well-heeled. This year’s lunch has an estimated value of $100,000, and at publication time six bids — with a top bid of $65,000 — had been placed. By the time the auction closes at 3 PM EDT on May 16, the bids may be as high as they were in 2013 which generated a whopping $610,000 for the charity.
If an Apple World Today reader wins the auction, please be sure to send us photos from your lunch with Tim for an exclusive!
