WaterField Designs has released the Air Duffel in-flight personal item

WaterField Designs unveils the Air Duffel in-flight personal item. Designed in collaboration with over 1,200 frequent travelers, the carry-on is designed to maximize allowable airline personal item space yet fits under an airline seat leaving room to stretch out legs.

The Air Duffel slips over a wheeled suitcase handle while granting access to travel documents and electronic devices from its pockets. With the Air Duffel, travelers can carry more gear on board and avoid checked-bag fees and lost luggage headaches, according to WaterField Designs founder Gary Waterfield.

It’s available in brown waxed canvas or black ballistic nylon, with a full-grain leather flap. The canvas version costs $429; the nylon version is $399.
