Apple has discontinued the iOS Developer University Program as of May 15, according to a notice on its website.

Apple has released the third developer betas of macOS 13 Ventura, iOS 16, iPadOS 16, tvOS 16, and watchOS 9

Registered developers can download the betas via Apple’s developer portal. Or they can be downloaded over-the-air once the proper configuration profile has been installed from the Developer Center.
