The Survivor Power Bank from Griffin Technology is now available

Griffin Technology is shipping the Survivor Power Bank, which the company describes as the “first phone and tablet backup battery pack durable and reliable enough to be called Survivor.”

Survivor Power Bank delivers portable power whenever needed. It’s tested to Military Standard 810G, providing up to 6.6 foot drop protection and impact resistant defense from falls on hard surfaces like concrete. The rechargeable battery cells are protected from drops and spills with shatterproof polycarbonate and textured, abrasion-resistant silicone.

Designed to go wherever life’s adventures take you, Survivor Power Bank has an IP66 rating to protect against water damage and dust particles. A self-sealing flap keeps the battery’s charge and power ports and built-in LED emergency flashlight clean and dry at all times.

The power bank has a 10,050 mAh charging capacity for USB-powered devices, that can provide up to three full recharges for the iPhone 6s Plus or one full charge on an iPad Air 2, it will even charge an iPad Pro up to 95%. An LED fuel gauge keeps you in-the-know when the power bank is full or needs to be charged.
