Japanese language blog Macotakara — as noted by AppleInsider —claims Apple may introduce a new gold iPhone X color to reinvigorate sales amid seasonal declines.
Currently, the high end smartphone is offered in space gray and silver finishes. In the past Apple has used identical strategies to boost product shipments.
Chances this rumor is true, per the Sellers Research Group (that’s me): 60%. This sorta makes sense, though I feel Apple is concentrating more on its 2018 iPhone revamps.
