Notable apps and app updates for July 23-28

On a regular basis, Apple World Today posts a list of notable new apps or app updates that have been released. They may not necessarily be new, but they’re popular and deserve mention. Here are this week’s picks.

MacOS Apps/Updates

Jumsoft has updated Money, their popular personal finance management app for macOS, to version 5.4. 

The software offers a system designed to help you keep control of your financial life. You can oversee your account balances, track your income and spending, keep budgets, and so much more. Version 5.4 introduces a completely reworked iCloud sync framework as well as brings a requested classic table view, and more.

Money is available as a free download on the Mac App Store. The free version is limited to 100 transactions, while unlimited offline accounts and transactions can be recorded with a one-time Money Standard purchase, and Money Premium, available in monthly and yearly plans, enables all Money Standard benefits plus over 50,000 financial institution connections across 57 countries.

CS Odessa has announced a new edition of Azure Architecture Solution for ConceptDraw Pro.



The new version of solution updates the previous release with new libraries, templates, and samples. It’s a collection of scalable vector library objects and templates for ConceptDraw Pro. The updated solution is extended with 12 new libraries containing 497 vector objects and a set of new samples and templates. 

The Azure Architecture solution is available at no charge to users of ConceptDraw Pro 11 and ConceptDraw Office 4. ConceptDraw Pro retails separately for $199 per end user license and is included in ConceptDraw Office 4, which retails for $499.

Bare Bones Software has released Yojimbo 4.1.2, a maintenance update to its information organizer for the Mac.

It stores rich text notes, passwords, bookmarks, serial numbers, PDFs, images, and web archives. The upgrade is a maintenance release with fixes for reported issues.

Yojimbo 4.1.2 requires macOS 10.11.6 or later, and is free of charge to all Yojimbo 4 customers. For new users the cost is $49.99 for an individual license. A demo is available for download.
