Notable apps and app updates for Aug. 28, 2017

On a regular basis, Apple World Today posts a list of notable new apps or app updates that have been released. They may not necessarily be new, but they’re popular and deserve mention. Here are today’s picks.

iOS Apps/Updates

DYL, an Inc. 5000 telecommunications company, has released a new iOS app. With it, users will be able to make inbound and outbound calls from their office number and use DYL’s impressive sales automation tools while on the go. DYL’s lead management and telemarketing power dialer are both built into the app. Users can instantly call new internet leads, automatically follow-up with prospects, and set appointments from their iPhone.

macOS Apps/Updates

Orion Transfer has updated Property Manage, their property management solution for macOS, to version 2.2.

The utility is designed to help landlords and tenants track rental costs, property expenses and room availability. It provides tables and reports that show how properties are performing by tracking both incoming rent and expenses. Version 2.2 fixes window restoration and other minor user interface fixes. It also introduces comprehensive expense tracking, along with improved reporting.

Property Manager 2.2 requires macOS 10.10 or higher rand costs $29.99. It’s available at the Mac App Store. Also, a demo is available at the product website.
