° From MacRumors: Apple earlier this year sent a “Network Adapter” to the FCC for approval, an unearthed filing has revealed, although suggestions that it could be an AirPort successor or other unannounced networking product for consumer use are likely wide of the mark.

° From 9to5Mac: Apple is asking a court to prevent future patent infringement claims from someone who appears to be a Face ID patent troll.

° From The Mac Observer: The Indian government’s cybersecurity team issued a warning about severe vulnerabilities in Apple products that can be exploited by hackers.

° From Korea IT News: For the first time in iPhone history, Apple will install a South Korean products for the front (selfie) camera. 

° From UDN: People close to Foxconn believe that based on Apple’s current capacity concerns, the stocking of the iPhone 14 series this year is expected to be at least two months in advance.

° From Tabletops: Apple has begun hiring for a new store in East Rutherford, New Jersey. This store will be the first wholly new location in the U.S. since Apple The Mall at Bay Plaza opened. 

° From MacVoices Live!: On the new episode, the MacVoices Live! panel of David Ginsburg, Mark Fuccio, Warren Sklar, Jim Rea, and Jeff Gamet finally declared a truce in their Twitter debate and transitioned over to a discussion of podcast exclusivity.
