JumpCloud recommends that IT admins wait at least 30 day before upgrading to macOS Big Sur

JumpCloud, a Directory-as-a-Service with Apple MDM cross-platform capabilities, recommends that IT admins wait around 30 days before upgrading to the just-released macOS Big Sur.

The company has posted a few blogs with tips around Big Sur as IT admins may want to block users from upgrading to Big Sur before they’re ready:

° Enterprise Mac Management After Big Sur

“As with any major software updates, we can reasonably expect initial bugs and user experience issues that Apple will need to work out after the general release of macOS Big Sur,” Leia Schultz, Product Marketing Manager at JumpCloud, says “For any Mac admins that are wary of this, we recommend delaying Big Sur deployment for at least 30 days.”
