Fluent: Apple has some of the highest loyalty, satisfaction rates

Among major corporate brands, Apple has some of the highest loyalty and satisfaction rates with the U.S. public, according to a recent study by the Fluent marketing firm.

Based on June online polls of U.S. adults, using at least 2,000 to 3,000 completed surveys for each selected industry, Apple achieved a 91% loyalty score and 85% satisfaction score. In the study, Fluent included the “largest and most relevant” consumer industries. For each industry, it surveyed consumers about 15-20 of the largest brands.

Here’s what Fluent has to say about Apple: “Apple remains the gold standard for practical innovation.  e brand continues to integrate more and more devices, ensuring that as consumers add to their Apple ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc.) they become increasingly dedicated to the brand’s signature experience.”
